Hola todos, my name is Claudia Benito and I’m a senior. I’m an English major with a Spanish minor. Born and raised in Queens (NYC is the best and there’s no argument). I’m always freezing and the Upstate weather doesn’t help my cold hands. Fun fact: my first language is Spanish and I learned English in pre-school. I am part of the Cortland Women’s Rugby team. I strongly support and advocate for intersectional feminism, people of color, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m excited to meet and work with everyone this semester!

Hey Claudia, nice to meet you. NYC is definitely the best. The vibe and energy of the city is nowhere else. Coming from the city, it took me and min to adjust to the weather (I still am not yet fully adjusted) .
